This workshop is in two parts. Firstly it looks at the recent Equal Opportunity Commission Report of the Review of Harassment in the South Australian Legal Profession - what the report found, what it recommended, and how law firms and individuals might respond to it. Secondly it looks at the recent harassment case involving former High Court Judge Dyson Heydon.

The intention behind this session is to provide a deeper understanding of the nature, prevalence and impact of harassment - particularly as it relates to women. (1- 1.5 hours)
