Coaching for better performance
Organisations often (rightly) say ‘our staff are our most important assets’. So looking after staff and helping them perform at their best has to be a priority. In this program, leaders and managers are given opportunities to learn, and learn from each other, about what it actually means to coach staff and provide a supportive working environment.
The program also includes practical tips on the nuts and bolts of leadership - how to prepare for, and run, a positive career or performance discussion; how to give negative feedback; how to stop good people feeling taken for granted; and how to make sure that what is agreed gets done.
