This workshop provides an in depth look at the decision in the controversial (and entertaining!) recent Federal Court case of Dyer v Chrysanthou which resulted in NSW barrister, Sue Chrysanthou SC, being injuncted from acting for Christian Porter in his bid to sue the ABC for defamation.  It provides an insight into how a potential conflict of interest can look from the inside, and reviews other important practical ethical issues.
